After cutting the P01-50 baffle trim strip by hand, I decided to buy a Harbor Freight electric Swivel Head Shear, item 68199. On sale and with a 25% coupon, cost was about $34.
Tried it out on the right fence seal strip P01-42. The shears cut the .032 sheet like butter, leaving a smooth edge with little finish work required. Well worth the investment to finish cutting the remaining trim strips. I should have purchased one in the beginning of the project for the other sheet cutting.
Installed the baffle seal and trim strip on the right fence with #40 clecos. Did a trial fit of the fence and it looks like a good seal along the entire fence without undue pressure on the cowling.
